We are looking to have a seasoned coordinator to learn and assist managing our entire project and sales pipeline from start to finish.
This person must be bilingual (English and Spanish), with the ability to interface with various departments and organizations.

? Bid/Estimate Administration ? Complete and review various bid and contract forms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance ? Collect, track, and report bidding results for analyzing ? Assists in developing, writing, and managing proposals ? Work closely with Project Manager delivering communication and coordination of construction phase documentation (submittals, RFIs, and coordination) ? Administrative functions such as maintaining bid files, sales data, customer information and material ordering/tracking ? Facilitate client billing process with Project Manager ? Client communication regarding AR as needed ? Execute project closeout procedures Minimum Skills &
Qualifications:
? MS Office proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint ? Must be detail oriented ? Bilingual English/Spanish required ? Strong customer service skills ? Proactive and enthusiastic demeanor ? Basic analytical and mathematical skills ? Strong written and verbal communication skill with an emphasis on contract terms ? Strong organizational skills ? Ability to work autonomously and as a team member ? Experience in project coordination a plus ? Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans Landscape, design, sales, or contracting experience is ideal, but not required.
STARTING PAY:
