THIS IS WHAT A DAY AT WORK MAY BE LIKE Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Take the extra mile to engage customers Run out to help fulfillment with shipping orders ABOUT YOU High School Diploma or higher.
Proven customer support experience Stellar memory, empathy, accuracy, and speed Computer Savvy Ability to work under pressure.
