Morgan Hill, CA Morgan Hill, CA Part-time Part-time $23 - $25 an hour $23 - $25 an hour Duties -Accounts Payables and Receivables - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports - Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents - Support the month-end and year-end close processes - Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and procedures - Provide general administrative support to the accounting department Skills - Proficient in data entry and accounting - Familiarity with financial services industry practices and regulations - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data - Ability to analyze financial information and prepare reports - Knowledge of debits, credits, and basic accounting concepts - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
