Key
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a high-performing procurement and sourcing team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of excellence.
Develop strategies to expand and maintain a reliable, scalable supplier network, including the identification of new suppliers and partners.
Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams to drive sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Negotiate supplier agreements to ensure long-term supply assurance and pricing advantages, while maintaining compliance with purchasing requirements.
Process purchase orders and develop bids and proposals to secure supply, resolving any systemic supply chain issues.
Identify and capture significant cost savings opportunities across expense categories, driving cost reduction activities.
Track and report on sourcing/procurement KPIs, including supply quality, delivery, cost savings, and supplier performance.
Develop risk buy analysis for future spending and continuously improve supplier management policies and procedures.
Manage purchasing personnel, including talent acquisition, performance management, and talent development.
Promote an ethics-based business culture within the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

years of experience in Purchasing and Sourcing in the Semiconductor industry.
3
years in a management role, with proven experience in supplier selection, development, and management.
Strong negotiation skills with a history of successful contract negotiations.
Ability to lead diverse cross-functional teams and achieve aggressive goals.
Results-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
Experience in technical commodities purchasing and implementation of best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with working knowledge of Power BI preferred.
Up to 15% travel required annually.
Technical Competencies:
Technical expertise in semiconductor foundry, backend assembly, and test with RF experience preferred.
Ability to communicate at a technical level and work effectively with Engineering teams.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, with prior system integration and implementation experience preferred.
Strong Excel skills and data analytics capabilities.
