The main responsibilities of this position include coordinating patient care and facilitating discussion among the integrated care team to enhance the planning of clinical and social services, as well as collaborating with external agencies.
This position administers and coordinates referrals and service authorization processes, rooming duties and performs other clinic front desk activities.
Informs patients of any preparations needed for examination and reminds them of their preparations at time of appointment confirmation.
Obtains all necessary billing, insurance and other demographic information Assist remote workers Overseeing the management of satelllite location including office management.
This is primarily an administrative role.
Candidate must be:
Reliable Mature Possess excellent communication and leadership skills Exhibit utmost professionalism at all times Experience in a medical office Be very detailed-oriented Be a team-player Be flexible Must have minimum 2 year medical office experience Must be a fluent SPANISH speaker Compensation:
