We are a busy and fast paced small animal Veterinary Hospital in Morgan Hill.
You need to have a MINIMUM of 1 YEAR VETERINARY HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE.
Skilled applicants with medical proficiency in surgery preparation, digital radiology, dental Xray, phlebotomy, IV catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, administration of injectable and oral medications experience needed.
All Veterinary Assistants/ RVT's are also cross trained to assist Receptionists.
Duties also include greeting clients for appointments and client education, computerized medical record keeping, animal restraint, feeding and walking patients, laboratory sample processing, cleaning kennels and the hospital facility and restocking supplies.
Part Time Veterinary Receptionist Position:
Minimum one year Veterinary Receptionist Experience required.
Applicants must be organized, possess a high level of attention to detail, able to multitask, answer multiple phone lines, possess excellent computer and math skills, maintain a friendly, respectful and professional attitude at all times and able to lift 40 lbs.
Shifts on Tuesdays, Fridays and few Saturdays/ month.
Salary Based on experience.
Applicants must be dependable and willing to work, capable as working as a team, hard working, able to keep busy, outgoing and a fast learner.
Shifts are scheduled on weekdays, Saturday Hospital Hours 7:
30 AM-Noon and occasional after hours treatments on Saturday evenings, Sundays and Holidays.
Position includes front office duties as well as cross-training to assist Veterinary Technicians with treatments Applicants must be honest, dependable and willing to work, capable of working as a team, able to keep busy, outgoing, fast learner, self starter, possess excellent customer service skills, possess a respectful and positive attitude, proficient computer skills, posses attention to detail and be able to lift 40 lbs.
Shifts are scheduled on weekdays with shared weekend shifts (Saturday Hospital Hours 8:
00 AM-Noon) and also occasional shared treatment shifts for hospitalized patients on Saturday PM's, Sundays and Holidays.
Excellent References a must.
