The shipping and receiving dispatcher be responsible for receiving, checking, and recording incoming shipments of various materials and products.
This role will be provided other responsibilities as needed and will be able to work within a flexible working schedule.

Job Specific Duties &
Responsibilities:
Schedule inbound and outbound appointments in Open Dock Create inventory transfers daily to outside warehouses.
Forklift driver assignments and HANA batch assignments Run query report to track outbound shipments and close outbound shipments.
Work with procurement on inbound schedules and discrepancies.
Review incoming shipments and verify receipts and documents for accuracy and completeness.
Validate PO against BOLs and packing slips for accuracy.
Investigate all discrepancies discovered during audit, not limited to overages, shortages, and damage (OSD) with suppliers/carriers.
Inspect all contents for damage and volume.
Ensures timeliness and accuracy of transactions recorded in SAP.
Generate reports and perform analytics from SAP.
Will be required to monitor incoming purchase orders to ensure timely delivery on materials.
Will be required to communicate receiving discrepancies (damaged, count, etc.
).
Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, printing labels, etc.
as necessary.
Participate in monthly internal audits.
Conducts daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts (raw, chemical, and packaging) and daily freezer counts.
Inspection of Inbound Raw delivery and report any Raw out of spec.
Inspect all gray bins upon receipt and report any broken bins received.
Monthly Safety-First Aid kit and fire extinguisher inspection
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent and minimum of 2 years of experience Knowledge of inventory handling, receiving and control practices is a plus.
SAP experience a plus Strong math skills, writing, reading and communication skills.
Bilingual, Spanish a plus Microsoft Office Suite experience Ablet to work overtime and weekends as needed.
