We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer to join our innovative Engineering team.
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of complex projects.
The successful candidate will be a key player in the planning, design, and implementation of our engineering projects, with a focus on site plans, tentative maps, grading, control plans, and storm water treatment.
The Project Engineer will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art tools and technologies, including AutoCAD and Civil3D.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage various engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all aspects meet quality and safety standards.
Utilize AutoCAD and Civil3D to create detailed site plans and tentative maps.
Develop grading and control plans, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Design and implement storm water treatment systems, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, surveyors, and contractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders, including clients and management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to your work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within the Engineering industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D is essential.
Extensive experience with site plans, tentative maps, grading, control plans, and storm water treatment.
Strong technical skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles to solve complex problems.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work under pressure.
Knowledge of relevant environmental regulations and safety standards.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
