Inside Sales Representative Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Salary - $70-100K DOE
commission and year end bonus
Hunter mentality with drive to identify and work-through the entire sales process
Proven track record in selling medical devices in a hospital setting with buying groups and knowing how to go off or around a contract
Independently prospecting new businesses daily - dialing upwards to 80 cold calls/day
The job will include presenting the product to decision makers within Hospitals throughout North America - over the phone, skype or possibly traveling to the customer
Negotiating the terms of agreement and closing the sale
Excellent communication skills - written and oral
Solid presentation skills
Outgoing and friendly, with a polished phone presence.
Relationship building skills, with the ability to adapt to the environment
Ability to work in a team environment
Coachable, trainable and willing to follow a proven sales process
Highly self-motivated, aggressive, energetic, creative, personable, results oriented, goal driven and resilient against rejection
Demonstrated success and achievement of challenging goals and expectations
Demonstrated success at building and maintaining appropriate pipeline levels
Previous experience using Salesforce.com and proficiency using Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational skills
Daily communication with management
Position could require 15% travel
Primary Requirements
Education: Bachelor degree is required
Sales Training completion a must

Additional Information
Will consider relocation to the San Jose Bay Area for the right candidate
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
