Executive Assistant to the CEO
REPORTS TO
Chief Executive Officer
SUMMARY
We are looking for a bright, energetic, and results oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is perfect for a current executive assistant looking to work outside the constraints of "corporate" or a recent marketing or business graduate. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with minor supervision. You will assist in all areas and functions across departments interacting with team members (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. You will also have the opportunity to work and communicate directly with our U.S. and internationally based managing directors and dealers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project management - example: planning and executing event rides for the CEO and leadership team
Scheduling travel arrangements for executives
Supporting all levels of managers and executives with various tasks (travel, equipment orders, etc.)
Handling incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the CEO
General office organization (filing, ordering office supplies, etc.)
Managing some of the personal tasks of the CEO
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
Must be extremely organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Must have impeccable communication skills, both written and oral
Must adhere to strict discretion within the confines of the position
Must have strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Must be willing to work longer hours and the occasional weekend when necessary
Must have an "all hands-on-deck" mindset
Must be resourceful and proactive in seeking out solutions
Demonstrate a high degree of tact, diplomacy, judgment and discretion
Ability to communicate well with senior-level team members internally and with riders and dealers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting high level executives
"No task too small" mentality
Passionate about an active lifestyle


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
