Global Marketing Manager - Road Category

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Act as a leader by defining the Road marketing objectives, setting the vision and leading the implementation of successful go-to-market across bikes and equipment
Distill the "IT" of our products, services, and technology to the simplest, most impactful messages that connect with our riders and differentiate the brand
Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders including product, merchandising, supply, and sales to facilitate the complete progression from insight to product creation, sales programs, consumer messaging and go-to-market executions
Educate, inspire, and influence global teams to ensure consistent brand and product messages land on digital, in retail, and at events
Identify, create and deliver comprehensive marketing plans to deliver best-in-class marketing, that both stays within budget and ensures sell-thru and brand elevation
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate, lead, negotiate and influence, especially with cross-functional teams and indirect reports
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects, especially in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Natural communication and the ability to easily articulate a vision and inspire others to see your point of view
Willingness to be wrong, but brave enough to keep pushing towards what's right
Proven track record of planning and driving projects, including budget development, management and problem solving
Curiousity, creativity and the readiness to take calculated risks
Preferred Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in brand marketing within cycling, sport or fashion
Love of cycling and outdoor activities as well as technical product knowledge and an understanding of bicycles, apparel and equipment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
