We can offer higher pay if:

  • You work 200+ hours and your clients love you, and/or

  • You stay with Honor each year and continue to provide great care, and/or

  • You have the ability to help lift heavier clients


Schedule: Full-Time/Weekends

Compensation: $14-18/ hour depending on your skill level and performance (earn more if you provide great care!)

Location:  San Francisco, Peninsula, South Bay, East Bay, North Bay





You must:

  • Be 21 or older

  • Have a minimum of 6 months paid caregiving experience (non-family member) or one of the following certifications: LVN, CNA, HHA, RN

  • Be able to demonstrate proper body mechanics while lifting and transferring

  • Have experience with incontinence care, including brief changing

  • Have experience bathing, toileting and/or bed bathing

  • Be able to pass a background check and drug test

  • Have a negative TB test or chest x-ray

  • Have 2 Professional References in health care (private caregiving, facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, etc)


Preference (not mandatory) for those who:

  • Have Home Care Aide (HCA) registry

  • Have a valid CA driver's license

  • Have your own car with valid proof of insurance

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
