Associate Business Partner

A strategic operational partner who helps drive people insights and business results.
The Associate Business Partner will work closely with our HRBP team, providing operational support, utilizing data to drive decisions around organizational initiatives and design, designing and running programs end to end and acting as the first responder for many employee relations issues. This role is founded on trusted partnerships in the business and on our People and Culture team. Partner closely with our HRBP team to help scale and operationalize strategic initiatives and processes across the organization
Through analyzing metrics and trends, assist in developing and executing on value-add programs in areas of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards
Work with client groups and recruiters to launch and obtain approval for new positions, promotions and staffing changes
Operate as the WorkDay expert on the HRBP team, executing all organizational changes, generating and maintaining accurate people data while accounting for situational context and identifying inaccuracies
Proactively identify and streamline high traffic processes
Leverage data to design and share informative reports and presentations that tell a story and enable better decision making.
Work with managers and HRBP team to resolve diverse and complex employee relations issues including harassment, discrimination and performance improvement plans
Review and assist managers with the content of annual performance evaluations, ensuring consistency, continuity and successful delivery of tailored solutions to clients
Identify employee and organizational needs and raise awareness, acting as an advocate for employees and managers in a manner that promotes trust, open communication, and problem resolution
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on your findings
Demonstrated success owning projects and programs end to end
Proven experience in driving operational excellence
Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
Passion for designing and delivering creative solutions to everyday problems
Excellent communication skills that can bridge the gap between in-the-weeds detail and broader strategy
Ability to embrace ambiguity & drive projects through consistent change

Proven track record of forming effective relationships with employees and resolving complex employee relations issues in line with labor laws

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
