Requirements for Applying
Perform various complex and specialized statistical and clerical functions under the direction of the school administrator(s) at the high school level. Employees in this classification receive limited supervision within a broad framework of policies and procedures. This job class requires a high degree of positive contact with students, school staff, and others. This job class requires extensive knowledge of computerized record keeping systems and methods.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:?High school diploma or equivalent is required?Three years of previous office training and experience; experience in a school office or as Registrar I desirable?District or clerical experience beyond the required three years may be substituted for additional clerical or business courses?Typing certificate is required, net 50 wpm, desired?Bilingual ability may be desirableLICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:?May require a valid California Driver's License?May require pre-employment physical examination

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
