Job Description Key Responsibilities: The primary focus of this position is conducting supplier price negotiations and securing supply of raw materials and consumables in a highly competitive global market.  The incumbent will work closely with Operations, Engineering, R&D, Finance, Legal, and other Supply Chain professionals to achieve these goals. In this role you will have the opportunity to provide strategic sourcing leadership, participate in the development and implementation of strategic sourcing strategies and manage the commercial relationship with suppliers. Responsible for providing the full range of purchasing functions from ordering through order fulfillment   Required: B.S. Degree in an Engineering or Supply Chain related fields 7-10 years experience negotiating critical material supply and service agreements Proven track record of consistently delivering supply base price reductions through dynamic negotiation techniques Demonstrated experience in the application of procurement processes and contract management Skilled in the art of problem solving, issue resolution and change management in dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders Excellent oral and written communication skills, effective presentation and facilitation skills   Preferred: Manufacturing, Quality and/or Process Engineering experience MBA or certification as a supply chain professional Experience working in a high volume and high technology industry Demonstrated experience with ERP systems with emphasis on procurement, MRP, payables, receiving and inventory modules Experience working withinternational suppliers Experience leading global sourcing initiatives Sound understanding of planning processes including MRP, forecasting, establishing min/max reorder points, inventory optimization, and other related processes Working knowledge of Oracle ERP Overview Since our beginning 30 years ago, we have introduced innovative and disruptive solutions that enable a more efficient, productive and safer world. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
