Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

As a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer based in Morgan Hill, CA you will have responsibility for shepherding the new products under development through the NPI process.  Key Responsibilities include: NPI of RF and Microwave Test Equipment Key contributor in design reviews Lead the DFM vision on development projecs Working with hardware, mechanical and software engineers in order to evaluate and troubleshoot the product Lead a cross functional team defining assembly processes and manufacturing plans for new products Product structure development Assist in compliance and quality testing Lead the NPI team during pilot and launch phases of new products Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager based in Morgan Hill, CA Requirements: BS in electronics RF and Microwave experience is mandatory 5 years of manufacturing expertise Prefer 3-5 years of development experience in addition to the manufacturing experience (T&M experience is preferred) Good understanding of Statistics and their use in specification setting In order to be successful in this role, the following competencies and behavior skills are required: Excellent communicator Strong technical skills in digital, RF and Microwave circuits Basic understanding of mechanical engineering Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
